Individual Therapy
Choosing a therapist is an important and deeply personal decision, and I’m honored to be part of your journey. Together, we’ll create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your true self, uncover the barriers that may be holding you back, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and a deep commitment to supporting you as you work toward your goals.
The foundation of our work together will be Person-Centered Therapy. In this space, you’ll feel heard, valued, and respected as we build a trusting relationship. I believe in meeting you where you are, empowering you to explore your feelings and experiences at your own pace, knowing you’re accepted for who you are without judgment.
In addition to that, I use Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you connect with and process your emotions more deeply. EFT fosters emotional awareness, helping you understand your feelings and build resilience so that you can navigate life’s challenges with more clarity and confidence.
Finally, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. CBT empowers you to develop healthier ways of thinking and coping, so you can create lasting change and move toward a more positive and fulfilling life.
Throughout our time together, we’ll focus on building practical coping skills, tapping into your inherent strengths, and creating a life that reflects who you truly are. I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
