Welcome!

Thank you for visiting my website! I'm thrilled to have you here. I hold a PhD in counseling psychology and am a licensed psychologist in Florida (License No. FL 10600) and Colorado (License No. CO 0005260). My educational background and professional experience have enabled me to specialize in delivering comprehensive assessments and research-based therapeutic interventions.

While I offer research-based assessments and treatment, the cornerstone of my approach is the rapport I build with each client. It's through this relationship, and by creating a welcoming and empathetic atmosphere, that I gain insight into my clients' strengths and areas for growth. This understanding forms the basis for the services I provide. Additionally, I practice assessment and therapy with a trauma-informed and multicultural focus, which is a fundamental element of my approach and philosophy

Before starting my private practice, I gained valuable experience at the University of Florida's Counseling and Wellness Center. During my time there, I designed tailored evaluation and treatment methods for adolescents and adults dealing with ADHD and anxiety-related issues. My professional background also includes serving as a faculty member in UF's doctoral counseling psychology program, working at a specialized clinic for neuro-developmental disorders, and working as a clinician at a community-based clinic.
